Job Description
The role involves partnering with senior leadership to oversee the strategic and operational execution of vehicle hardware development, ensuring platform readiness for autonomous technology deployment through cross-functional coordination and process optimization.
Key Responsibilities
- Define, operationalize, and improve the organization's operating rhythm
- Drive execution on technical programs by managing dependencies and milestones
- Facilitate alignment between hardware, autonomy, and commercial teams for platform readiness
- Manage leadership meetings, reviews, and cross-functional communications
- Identify risks and develop solutions across engineering and partner interfaces
- Support organization structure, resourcing, and strategic priorities
- Track milestones linking hardware and vehicle integration to company objectives
- Coordinate with external partners and vendors to ensure project timelines and deliverables
- Translate technical updates into executive insights for leadership and board
- Support talent planning, reviews, and engagement initiatives
- Foster a culture of operational rigor, accountability, and collaboration
Requirements
- 7 years of experience in consulting or technical leadership across hardware engineering, engineering operations, with prior exposure to complex technical organizations preferred
- Strong technical acumen with the ability to understand and contextualize discussions across hardware, mechanical, and electrical domains
- Exceptional analytical, organizational, and project management skills with a proven ability to translate strategy into execution
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a demonstrated ability to influence and align without direct authority
- Comfortable navigating ambiguity and solving problems in high-stakes, cross-functional environments
- Track record of identifying inefficiencies, driving process improvements, and increasing leadership leverage
