Job Description
The Maintenance Technician is responsible for performing electrical, mechanical, and automation maintenance on a variety of industrial equipment, including processing, packaging, and power transmission systems, primarily during 2nd and 3rd shifts.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform maintenance on industrial equipment including liquid processing, powder processing, filling, coating, dryers, laser welding, packaging, and test equipment.
- Maintain and repair power transmission components such as conveyors, motors, belts, gearboxes, bearings, linear actuators, electric motors, pneumatic systems, and servos.
- Troubleshoot and diagnose electrical, mechanical, and automation issues in industrial machinery.
Requirements
- Experience in an industrial maintenance setting with working knowledge of electrical, mechanical, and automation systems.
- Knowledge of a wide range of industrial equipment including liquid processing, powder processing, filling, coating, dryers, laser welding, packaging, and test equipment.
- Power transmission experience including conveyors, motors, belts, gearboxes, bearings, linear actuators, electric motors, pneumatic systems, and servos.
