Job Description

The Engineering Manager will lead the Electrode Department at Natron Energy, overseeing technical execution, process innovation, and team leadership in a fast-paced manufacturing environment to develop scalable processes and deliver innovative energy storage products.

Key Responsibilities

Lead technical execution and process innovation within the Electrode Department
Manage team leadership and development for engineering staff
Drive new product introductions and optimize manufacturing operations
Build scalable, efficient, and future-ready engineering processes
Collaborate across teams to design, develop, and scale innovative energy storage products

Requirements

Deep process engineering expertise and strong manufacturing experience.
Experience in leading technical execution, process innovation, and team leadership in a manufacturing environment.
Ability to build scalable processes, operational frameworks, and structured, efficient engineering operations that support sustainable growth.
Proven track record of driving technical execution and process innovation across new product introductions and manufacturing operations.
Experience in designing, developing, and scaling innovative products in a high-tech manufacturing environment.
Demonstrated ability to foster engineering excellence and deliver operational success in a fast-paced, high-tech manufacturing environment.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to set direction, drive execution, and build operational frameworks that scale.
