Job Description

The Engineering Manager will lead the Electrode Department at Natron Energy, overseeing technical execution, process innovation, and team leadership in a high-tech manufacturing environment focused on sodium-ion battery technology, with responsibilities including developing scalable processes and supporting sustainable growth.

Key Responsibilities

Lead technical execution and process innovation within the Electrode Department
Manage team leadership and development for engineering staff
Drive new product introductions and optimize manufacturing operations

Requirements

Deep process engineering expertise with strong manufacturing experience.
Experience in driving technical execution, process innovation, and team leadership across new product introductions and manufacturing operations.
Ability to build scalable processes, foster engineering excellence, and deliver operational success in a fast-paced, high-tech manufacturing environment.
Proven track record of designing, developing, and scaling innovative products in collaboration across teams.
Experience in building structured, efficient, and future-ready engineering operations that support sustainable growth.
Demonstrated ability to set strategic direction, drive execution, and build operational frameworks that scale.
