The Senior Manager, Client Success - Key Accounts Lead is responsible for serving as the primary contact and strategic partner for key clients in the US market, supporting their needs and ensuring satisfaction with Metergy's submetering solutions, while collaborating closely with the Director of Client Success.

Serve as the primary point of contact for key accounts within the US market.
Act as a trusted advisor and strategic partner to key clients.
Collaborate with the Director of Client Success to support key accounts.
Lead other Client Success professionals in supporting key accounts.
Requirements
The candidate must have experience working as a trusted advisor and strategic partner for key accounts within the US market.
The candidate must be able to support key accounts by working closely with the Director, Client Success.
This position requires leading other Client Success professionals when supporting key accounts, although it is not a people management role.
The candidate must have a minimum of 3 days per week available to work in the office located in Long Island City, New York, as part of a hybrid work arrangement.
