Job Description

The FP&A Manager at Affinity is responsible for leading financial planning, forecasting, and reporting processes, analyzing key SaaS metrics, and providing strategic financial insights to support organizational growth and decision-making in a fast-paced SaaS environment.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage the annual planning, long-range planning, and rolling forecast processes.
Develop, track, and report on key SaaS financial and operational metrics such as ARR, CAC, LTV, churn, and gross margin.
Own the detailed operating expense budgeting process and collaborate with department heads to manage budgets and identify efficiencies.
Design, maintain, and improve complex financial models to support decision-making.
Prepare and present financial reports, analysis, and materials for the Board of Directors, executive team, and investors.
Drive improvements in planning, forecasting, and reporting systems to increase efficiency and accuracy.

Requirements

3-5 years of experience in Strategic Finance, FP A, and or a fast-paced environments like Investment Banking, PE VC, or Consulting.
Expertise in SaaS financial and operational metrics such as ARR, LTV, CAC, Churn, and Gross Margin analysis.
Advanced financial modeling skills and proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets ability to build complex, driver-based models from scratch.
Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a meticulous attention to detail and a commitment to data integrity.
Proven ability to communicate complex financial concepts clearly to non-financial stakeholders, department heads, and executive leadership.
Strong business partnership orientation and the ability to influence decisions and drive accountability across the organization.
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related quantitative field.

Benefits & Perks

Compensation/salary range: $131,120 to $163,900 USD

Work schedule: Hybrid model with in-office 2-3 days per week, typically Tuesday through Thursday
