Job Description
The Corporate Communications Events Specialist is responsible for developing and executing internal communication strategies and organizing company-wide events to promote understanding of the company's vision, values, and culture, working closely with leadership and teams across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Shape and communicate Metergy's strategy, priorities, and culture to internal teams
- Plan and execute enterprise-wide internal communications and corporate events
- Partner with executive leaders, divisional teams, and HR to deliver consistent and compelling messaging
- Lead the development and implementation of internal communication strategies
- Manage the organization and coordination of company-wide events
Requirements
- Experience in planning and executing enterprise-wide internal communications and corporate events with a high degree of independence.
- Ability to partner closely with executive leaders, divisional teams, and the People Organization function to deliver clear, consistent, and compelling communications and programming that reflect the company's vision, values, and brand.
- Strong understanding of internal communications strategy and ownership of company-wide events programming.
- Excellent interpersonal and collaboration skills to work effectively across all levels of leadership within a rapidly growing organization.
- Based in Toronto and able to work in-office three days per week.
