Job Description

The Senior Marketing Operations Manager at Amperity is responsible for developing and executing marketing infrastructure strategies, leveraging AI and automation to optimize campaign execution, lead management, and data attribution, supporting scalable growth and enhanced customer personalization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own the strategy and execution of marketing infrastructure, including evolving the marketing stack with automation and AI.
  • Manage KPI reporting, full funnel conversion metrics, and pipeline influence tracking.
  • Design and deploy AI-driven workflows for audience segmentation, list management, and data synchronization.
  • Leverage GenAI to create personalized customer journeys for top-of-funnel growth.
  • Build and maintain lead lifecycle management and scoring systems using AI to monitor and predict funnel performance.
  • Develop and optimize end-to-end lead handoff processes between marketing and sales using tools like LeanData.
  • Collaborate with Sales and Marketing leadership to align AI and automation initiatives with business objectives.
  • Implement data governance frameworks to ensure privacy compliance and high-quality data standards for AI modeling.

Requirements

  • 8 years of Marketing, Operations, or Campaign Management experience in high growth environments
  • 2 years of administrative experience with Marketo and Salesforce
  • Advanced technical stack proficiency across attribution tools such as Marketo, Bizible, ABM Common Room, routing tools like LeanData, enrichment tools like Cognism, and database architecture including Databricks and Snowflake, as well as ETL processes
  • Deep understanding of the Marketo-SFDC sync, including field mapping, sync errors, and how scoring lifecycle field values flow into Salesforce
  • Data-driven strategist with a proven track record of translating complex campaign performance into actionable insights
  • Working knowledge of HTML and experience building emails
  • Demonstrated attention to detail, including high-level process design, QA, proofreading, and delivering actionable feedback
  • Curiosity and commitment to continuous learning, especially regarding emergent technologies such as AI and their application to marketing operations

Base Salary 120,000-170,000 USD, with individual compensation depending on skills, experience, education, training, geographic location, and level
