Job Description
The Production Assembler is responsible for performing hands-on assembly and packaging of products in a collaborative environment, ensuring quality, efficiency, and safety while supporting team success and maintaining a clean workspace.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform hands-on assembly tasks using hand and power tools
- Assemble products with bolts, screws, clips, and other fasteners
- Package finished products for shipping
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment
- Follow ESD electrostatic discharge safety protocols
- Assist in other departments or areas as needed to support team success
Requirements
- Perform hands-on tasks in a collaborative assembly environment, including operation of hand and power tools, and precise assembly of products using bolts, screws, clips, and other fasteners.
- Package finished products to prepare them for shipping.
- Maintain production efficiency and product quality.
- Follow ESD electrostatic discharge safety protocols.
- Contribute to a clean and organized work environment.
- Assist in other departments or areas when needed to support team success.
