Job Description
The Onboarding Success Manager is responsible for ensuring a smooth onboarding process for clients by collaborating with internal teams and clients, focusing on key performance indicators, and managing projects to deliver excellent service and foster strong business relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure seamless service commencement for onboarding clients
- Collaborate with clients and internal teams to facilitate onboarding processes
- Advance key performance indicators, particularly Metergy’s Onboarding Score
- Manage and coordinate project activities related to client onboarding
- Build and maintain strong B2B relationships with clients
Requirements
- Strong collaborative approach with clients and internal teams to ensure seamless service commencement for onboarding clients
- Ability to advance key performance indicators, particularly Metergy’s Onboarding Score
- Critical thinking abilities to independently and effectively solve problems
- Capacity to work independently and as part of a team
- Ability to forge strong B2B relationships
- Strong project management skills
