The Senior Client Success Manager serves as a key contact and strategic partner for major accounts in the US market, supporting client relationships and ensuring the successful delivery of Metergy's submetering solutions, without direct people management responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities
Serve as the primary point of contact for key accounts within the US market.
Act as a trusted advisor and strategic partner to key clients.
Support and lead other Client Success professionals in managing key accounts.
Collaborate with the Director of Client Success to develop account strategies.
Ensure client satisfaction and retention through effective communication and support.
Requirements
Experience working as a Client Success Manager or in a similar client-facing role supporting key accounts within the US market.
Ability to act as a trusted advisor and strategic partner to clients, working closely with the Director of Client Success.
Proven ability to lead and support other Client Success professionals in supporting key accounts, despite not being a direct people manager.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively manage client relationships and internal collaboration.
Ability to work in a hybrid work environment, with 3 days in the office located in Long Island City, New York.
