Job Description
The Business Intelligence Manager is responsible for managing and developing the company's BI Revenue Assurance Program, operations dashboards, reporting, and ensuring overall Gross Margin integrity to support business growth and financial performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage, develop, and execute the Business Intelligence Revenue Assurance Program
- Oversee the implementation of Annual Rate Increases
- Develop and maintain operations dashboards and reporting tools
- Ensure overall Gross Margin (GM) integrity
Requirements
- Experience in managing, developing, and executing Business Intelligence (BI) Revenue Assurance Programs, Annual Rate Increases, operations dashboards, reporting, and overall Gross Margin (GM) Integrity.
- Ability to develop and maintain operations dashboards and reporting tools related to revenue assurance and gross margin management.
- Proven experience in Business Intelligence or data management roles with a focus on revenue and margin analysis.
- Strong understanding of business metrics, financial data analysis, and reporting processes.
- Demonstrated ability to work within a team responsible for Business Intelligence functions related to revenue and margin management.
- Experience with BI tools, data visualization, and reporting software relevant to revenue assurance and gross margin analysis.
- Ability to support continuous learning and growth within the Business Intelligence team.
- Excellent communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and present data insights effectively.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a focus on accuracy and attention to detail.
