Job Description
The Onboarding Success Manager is responsible for ensuring a smooth onboarding process for clients by collaborating with internal teams and clients, managing key performance indicators, and fostering strong relationships to support the company's growth and service excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure seamless service commencement for onboarding clients
- Collaborate with clients and internal teams to facilitate onboarding processes
- Advance key performance indicators, particularly Metergy’s Onboarding Score
- Manage and coordinate project activities related to client onboarding
- Build and maintain strong B2B relationships with clients
Requirements
- Strong collaborative approach with clients and internal teams to ensure seamless service commencement for onboarding clients.
- Ability to advance key performance indicators, particularly Metergy’s Onboarding Score.
- Critical thinking abilities to analyze and resolve issues independently and as part of a team.
- Capacity to work independently and with a team to achieve role objectives.
- Ability to forge strong B2B relationships with clients and partners.
- Strong project management skills to oversee onboarding processes and related activities.
