The Client Success Specialist is responsible for maintaining strong relationships with clients by promptly addressing inquiries and requests, with opportunities for growth into management roles within the company.

Maintain strong ongoing relationships with clients
Respond promptly and thoughtfully to client inquiries and requests
Support client onboarding and ongoing account management
Assist in resolving client issues and ensuring customer satisfaction
Contribute to the growth and development of client success strategies
Requirements
Ability to quickly and thoughtfully respond to client inquiries, requests, and tasks as part of maintaining strong ongoing client relationships.
Experience in a client-facing role involving communication, relationship management, or customer service.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively interact with clients and team members.
Ability to grow within the role leading to opportunities in Client Success Management or similar positions.
Experience or familiarity with utility billing, energy management, or related industries is preferred but not explicitly mandatory.
