The Client Revenue Analyst is responsible for ensuring accurate and timely billing, processing client remittances, and maintaining strong relationships with property managers and clients within the US Billing department, while providing excellent client service and support.
Key Responsibilities
Ensure accuracy and completeness of billing for residents
Process client remittances accurately and in a timely manner
Generate and deliver reports related to billing and client accounts
Establish and maintain positive relationships with property managers and clients
Provide proactive client service through communication and support
Facilitate client requests and resolve inquiries related to billing
Requirements
Ensure accuracy and completeness of billing for residents and ensure timely and accurate processing of Client Remittances and reporting.
Establish strong, positive relationships with assigned Property Managers and clients.
Provide excellent client service through proactive communication, timely billing and reporting, facilitation of Client requests, and working across Metergy to resolve any inquiries.
