Job Description
The Client Revenue Analyst is responsible for ensuring accurate and timely billing, processing client remittances, and maintaining strong relationships with property managers and clients within the US Billing department, while providing excellent client service and support.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure accuracy and completeness of billing for residents
- Process client remittances in a timely and accurate manner
- Generate and deliver reports related to billing and client accounts
- Establish and maintain positive relationships with Property Managers and clients
- Provide proactive communication and facilitate client requests
- Collaborate across departments to resolve billing inquiries and issues
Requirements
- Ensuring accuracy and completeness of billing for residents and clients.
- Processing Client Remittances in a timely and accurate manner.
- Reporting related to billing and client accounts.
- Establishing and maintaining strong, positive relationships with assigned Property Managers and clients.
- Providing excellent client service through proactive communication, timely billing, and reporting.
- Facilitating Client requests and working across Metergy to resolve inquiries.
