Job Description
The Business Intelligence Manager is responsible for managing and developing the company's BI Revenue Assurance Program, operations dashboards, reporting, and ensuring gross margin integrity to support business growth and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage, develop, and execute the Business Intelligence Revenue Assurance Program
- Oversee the implementation of Annual Rate Increases
- Develop and maintain operations dashboards and reporting tools
- Ensure overall Gross Margin (GM) integrity through data analysis and reporting
Requirements
- Experience in managing, developing, and executing Business Intelligence (BI) Revenue Assurance Programs, Annual Rate Increases, operations dashboards, reporting, and overall Gross Margin (GM) Integrity.
- Strong understanding of Business Intelligence tools and data analysis techniques relevant to revenue assurance and margin management.
- Ability to develop and maintain operations dashboards and reports that support business decision-making processes.
- Experience working with large datasets related to utility billing, submetering, or similar industries.
- Proven track record of managing BI projects that improve revenue accuracy and gross margin integrity.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and translate it into actionable insights.
- Experience working in a technology or utility-related environment, preferably with knowledge of submetering, billing, or energy consumption data.
- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams including finance, operations, and IT to ensure data accuracy and reporting effectiveness.
