Job Description
The Account Executive role involves B2B solution selling within the real estate development industry, focusing on promoting Metergy's submetering services to clients, with a remote work setup and travel across the state to meet with clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Sell B2B solutions within the real estate development industry.
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients across the state.
- Achieve sales targets and drive revenue growth for submetering solutions.
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions to clients.
- Travel to client sites to conduct meetings, presentations, and installations as needed.
Requirements
- Extensive experience in B2B solution selling within the real estate development industry.
- Self-starter with a business ownership mindset and a strong desire to win.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Ability to work within a team environment.
- Must be located within a commutable distance to Atlanta or willing to relocate, with travel expected to clients across the State.
- Travel will be covered by the organization.
