Job Description
A Senior Electrical Systems Engineer responsible for integrating power and command protocols for multiple satellite missions, working cross-functionally across teams to ensure successful satellite electrical configurations and payload interfaces.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure power and command protocol integration of payloads to the satellite bus
- Work on multiple satellite missions with multi-payload configurations
- Collaborate cross-functionally with satellite electrical configuration, payload interface software, mission engineering, and AIT teams
Requirements
- Experience working on multiple satellite missions simultaneously with a focus on multi-payload configurations.
- Proven ability to ensure successful power and command protocol integration of payloads to the bus, leveraging Loft s products.
- Ability to work cross-functionally across multiple teams including satellite electrical configuration, payload interface software, mission engineering, and AIT.
- Strong understanding of satellite electrical systems and payload interfaces.
- Experience in integrating and testing satellite electrical systems and payloads.
- Educational background in Electrical Engineering or a related field (implied by the senior engineering role).
