Job Description
The Director of AI Partnerships EMEA is responsible for driving the commercial development and strategic partnerships of Loft's AI Marketplace across Europe, working with AI companies, system integrators, and defense stakeholders to deploy AI models on satellite infrastructure and shape space-based AI initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive commercial development of Loft's AI Marketplace across France and the broader EMEA region.
- Establish and manage partnerships with AI companies, system integrators, and defense primes to deploy models on Loft's satellite infrastructure or embed AI capabilities into their programs.
- Serve as the primary interface to the European sovereign AI ecosystem, including key defense and intelligence stakeholders.
- Translate technical AI capabilities into compelling partner value propositions.
- Gather partner insights and incorporate them into the product roadmap.
- Build cross-constellation partnerships to enable advanced sensor fusion solutions.
Requirements
- Experience in driving commercial development and building partnerships with AI companies, system integrators, and defense primes to deploy models on satellite infrastructure or embed AI capabilities into programs.
- Ability to serve as the primary interface to the European sovereign AI ecosystem, including DGA, CNES, Bpifrance, CNRS, and key defense and intelligence stakeholders, and to shape space-based AI initiatives.
- Experience working closely with technical teams, such as the Head of AI Engineering, to translate technical capabilities into compelling partner value propositions.
- Experience in feeding partner insights into the product roadmap and building cross-constellation partnerships to enable advanced sensor fusion solutions.
- Proven track record in the aerospace, satellite, or related high-technology sectors, with a focus on AI, satellite infrastructure, or space-based systems.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills to interface with government agencies, research institutions, and industry partners across Europe.
- Ability to develop and execute strategic partnership plans across France and the broader EMEA region.
- Educational background in engineering, space sciences, computer science, or related fields (specific degree requirements are not explicitly stated but implied by the technical nature of the role).
