The role involves managing and enhancing Salesforce systems to support global sales operations, automating revenue processes, ensuring seamless integrations, and leveraging AI tools to improve sales efficiency and data insights within a renewable energy transaction platform.
Key Responsibilities
Own and improve the Salesforce roadmap to support scalability and complex business requirements.
Design and implement automated workflows to streamline revenue processes across the lead-to-cash lifecycle.
Manage integrations between Salesforce and other GTM tools to ensure seamless data flow and data integrity.
Oversee release lifecycle, including testing, documentation, and deployment to maintain system stability.
Build and maintain data architecture for performance measurement and AI-driven pipeline risk identification.
Requirements
Minimum of 4 years of experience in Salesforce Platform Ownership with a proven track record of building complex, scalable business logic.
Salesforce Administrator Certification is required.
Deep expertise in Salesforce Flow, including implementing AI tools such as Agentforce and third-party GTM agents to drive productivity.
Hands-on experience managing and integrating key GTM tools such as Outreach.io, Pardot, and managing native integrations or middleware like Zapier, including automating data enrichment and routing using providers like ZoomInfo or Clay.
Familiarity with Quote-to-Cash solutions such as Nue.io, DealHub, or Salesforce CPQ, including document generation and billing synchronization.
Ability to design custom objects and declarative schema that balance immediate business needs with long-term system health.
Experience utilizing sandboxes and establishing modern deployment governance tools such as DevOps Center, Salto, or Copado to maintain version control, system stability, and comprehensive metadata documentation.
Experience managing technical debt by auditing and removing redundant fields, flows, and stale data to maintain a high-performance environment.
Availability to work during eastern time zone business hours.
Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. without a current or future need for visa sponsorship.
