Job Description
The Senior Account Executive is responsible for executing media relations, executive communications, and digital storytelling programs for innovative brands, while managing client accounts, leading junior team members, and contributing to integrated communications strategies in a flexible, hybrid work environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute media relations, executive communications, and digital storytelling programs for clients
- Place proactive company stories and write contributed articles for executives
- Manage social media strategies and execute influencer marketing campaigns
- Oversee and own large integrated communications programs across multiple accounts
- Supervise day-to-day operations of smaller account teams
- Mentor and teach junior team members in public relations, integrated communications, and digital storytelling
Requirements
- Experience working with clients in a fully integrated communications role.
- A track-record of generating consistent, impactful results for clients.
- Expert writing skills and experience in media pitching.
- Comfortable placing proactive company stories and writing contributed articles for executives independently.
- Deep understanding of the digital landscape, including managing social media strategies.
- Experience executing influencer marketing campaigns that amplify brand narratives.
- Ability to teach new, junior teammates the fundamentals of public relations, integrated communications, and digital storytelling.
- Experience owning and overseeing large pieces of integrated communications programs on four accounts.
- Ability to oversee the day-to-day operations of smaller account teams when necessary.
