The Public Relations Manager at LaunchSquad is responsible for leading the development and execution of creative PR programs for innovative B2B and deep tech companies, managing multiple accounts, guiding teams, and shaping strategic storytelling to enhance brand visibility and impact.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the development and execution of public relations programs for multiple B2B and deep tech accounts.
Partner with leadership to craft story and strategy for each account.
Oversee and activate account work, including managing challenging or innovative program goals.
Build and lead creative, proactive public relations initiatives from scratch.
Manage and mentor team members to achieve their growth and performance goals.
Provide strategic recommendations and feedback to clients and team members.
Requirements
Candidates must have direct public relations experience capable of leading four or more accounts across a variety of B2B and deep tech sectors, including cybersecurity and AI.
Candidates must have experience building creative, proactive public relations programs from scratch.
Candidates must have experience leading teams, activating program work, providing recommendations and feedback to clients and teammates, and making strategic work and people decisions.
Candidates must have partnered with leadership to develop the story and strategy for accounts.
Candidates must have led the execution of account work, often taking responsibility for the most challenging or innovative program goals.
Candidates must be skilled teachers and coaches, knowing exactly what each team member needs to focus on to reach their growth goals.
Candidates must be seasoned public relations professionals with an eye for quality work and the ability to lead by example.
