Requirements
- Experience in leading recruitment efforts for engineering teams, specifically in identifying, attracting, and hiring technical talent
- Ability to work closely with engineering leadership and the talent team to ensure a smooth, efficient, and high-quality candidate experience
- This position is based in Austin, requiring the candidate to be located in or willing to work in Austin
- Experience working directly with senior management, such as reporting to the VP of Talent
