Job Description
The Commercial Counsel will be responsible for drafting, reviewing, and negotiating commercial agreements to support the company's operations and growth, working closely with various internal teams to ensure contracts align with company goals and mitigate risks.

Requirements
- Experience in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating a wide range of commercial agreements that underpin operations and partnerships.
- Ability to collaborate closely with business, finance, supply chain, and project teams to ensure contracts align with company goals, mitigate risk, and support rapid growth.
- Legal qualification and experience relevant to commercial law (implied by the role of a Commercial Counsel).
