Job Description
The Director of External Services is responsible for developing and executing the company's global supply chain strategy, leading sourcing, procurement, and contract management to support the deployment of modular power plants, while ensuring quality, cost efficiency, and a resilient supplier network.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute global supply chain strategy for power plant deployment
- Lead sourcing, procurement, and contract management across mechanical, electrical, and construction categories
- Ensure quality, cost efficiency, and timely delivery of supplies and services
- Build and manage a resilient supplier network to support scalable production
- Collaborate with engineering, manufacturing, and project teams to align supply chain activities
Requirements
- Experience in developing and executing global supply chain strategies to support the deployment of power plants or similar large-scale technical projects.
- Proven ability to lead sourcing, procurement, and contract management efforts across mechanical, electrical, and construction categories.
- Demonstrated success in ensuring quality, cost efficiency, and delivery precision in a fast-moving, highly technical environment.
- Experience in building and managing a resilient supplier network capable of supporting rapid, repeatable, and scalable production.
- Strong collaboration skills to work closely with engineering, manufacturing, and project delivery teams.
- Proactive and detail-oriented approach to sourcing and supply chain management.
- Experience working at the intersection of technology, supply chain, and project execution.
