Job Description
A Senior Electrical Engineer responsible for making key design decisions and transforming modular nuclear power plant concepts into scalable, deployable hardware products in a fast-paced, startup environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Own high-impact electrical design decisions for modular nuclear power plants
- Collaborate with leadership on critical design and integration challenges
- Translate electrical designs from concept to physical implementation
Requirements
- Experience as a Senior Electrical Engineer with the ability to own high-impact design decisions related to electrical systems.
- Proven ability to work directly with company leadership on critical design and integration challenges.
- Hands-on experience in turning electrical designs from concept to physical implementation in a fast-paced, startup environment.
- Demonstrated capability to develop electrical designs that can be built and deployed like hardware, not just infrastructure.
- Experience in designing modular systems suitable for rapid manufacturing and deployment.
- Ability to work in a scrappy, fast-moving environment where designs leave the CAD screen and become reality.
