Job Description
The Federal Affairs Lead at Last Energy is responsible for developing and managing relationships with US government agencies and Congress, focusing on energy policy, to support the organization's objectives through proactive engagement and collaboration.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and manage relationships with US Executive Branch departments and agencies
- Develop and manage relationships with Congress
- Engage with key US Government stakeholders to support organizational objectives
Requirements
- Recent experience working for or with the US Executive Branch or Congress, ideally with a focus on energy matters
- Ability to develop and manage relationships with US Executive Branch departments and agencies, as well as Congress
- Proactive and agile leadership style
- Ability to listen, engage, and collaborate effectively with key US Government stakeholders
