Job Description
The Federal Affairs Lead at Last Energy is responsible for developing and managing relationships with US government agencies and Congress, focusing on energy policy, to support the organization's strategic objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and manage relationships with US Executive Branch departments, agencies, and Congress
- Engage with US Government stakeholders to support organizational objectives
- Collaborate with key government entities on energy-related matters
Requirements
- Recent experience working for or with the US Executive Branch or Congress, ideally with a focus on energy matters
- Ability to develop and manage relationships with US Executive Branch departments and agencies, as well as Congress
- Proactive and agile leadership style
- Ability to listen, engage, and collaborate to build and maintain meaningful relationships with key US Government stakeholders
