Job Description
The Transaction Advisory Services Manager at Aprio is responsible for guiding clients through buy-side and sell-side transactions, including mergers, acquisitions, and divestitures, by providing strategic insights and financial analysis to maximize their opportunities across various industries.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist clients with buy-side and sell-side transactions, providing critical information for mergers, acquisitions, and divestitures.
- Analyze and evaluate financial data related to transaction opportunities.
- Support the preparation of transaction-related reports and documentation.
- Collaborate with clients and internal teams to facilitate transaction processes.
- Contribute to strategic advisory services for private and public clients and private equity investors.
Requirements
- Experience in working with clients on buy-side and sell-side transactions, including mergers, acquisitions, and divestiture transactions.
- Ability to analyze and interpret financial information relevant to mergers, acquisitions, and divestitures to provide important insights to clients.
- Proven expertise in transaction advisory services within industries such as manufacturing, distribution, technology, retail, restaurant and hospitality, healthcare, government contracting, construction, and business services.
- Demonstrated experience working with private and public clients, as well as private equity investor groups.
- Strong understanding of the processes involved in mergers, acquisitions, and divestitures, including due diligence and valuation.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-growth environment with a collaborative team of professionals.
