Job Description
The Transformation Program Management Lead is responsible for overseeing and delivering energy industry transformation programs, acting as the primary interface with clients and internal teams, managing program execution, and shaping strategic narratives to drive sustainable energy innovations.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the proxy and delivery engine for transformation programs under the Transformation Director.
- Manage the operating rhythm and shape executive narratives related to transformation initiatives.
- Create and publish program artifacts to support transformation efforts.
- Lead day-to-day interactions with the client PMO to ensure decisions are implemented and outcomes are achieved.
Requirements
- Experience as a Program Management Lead or similar role leading transformation programs within a technology or energy company.
- Proven ability to run the operating rhythm and shape executive narratives for transformation initiatives.
- Ability to build and publish program artefacts independently.
- Experience leading the day-to-day interface with client Project Management Offices (PMOs) to ensure decisions land and outcomes are delivered.
- Strong communication skills to shape and present executive narratives and program artefacts.
- Experience managing or coordinating with client PMO working teams.
- Ability to serve as the proxy and delivery engine for the Transformation Director.
- Experience in managing or leading complex programs related to energy management, renewable energy, or smart grid technologies is preferred but not explicitly stated.
- Ability to work effectively in a collaborative environment with multiple stakeholders including clients and internal teams.
- Demonstrated leadership and organizational skills to manage transformation program activities and deliverables.
