Job Description
The Transformation Director is responsible for leading major client implementation programs in the energy sector, driving industry disruption through innovative technology solutions, and helping utilities adopt Kraken's AI-driven energy management platform to create a more sustainable and intelligent energy system.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead major client implementation programs for energy management solutions
- Drive transformation initiatives to optimize renewable generation and create intelligent energy grids
- Manage the deployment of Kraken's AI-driven energy platform to ensure successful adoption and operational effectiveness
Requirements
- Experience in leading major client implementation programs in the energy or utility sector with a proven track record of delivering world-changing results.
- Demonstrated ability to disrupt the industry and challenge incumbent software players through innovative solutions.
- Strong leadership skills to manage large-scale transformation projects within the energy management domain.
- Experience in deploying or managing AI-driven platforms or systems for energy management, including customer information systems (CIS), billing, meter data management, CRM, and AI-driven communications.
- Ability to lead the adoption of new technology solutions that optimize renewable generation and create a more intelligent grid.
- Proven experience in transforming energy industry operations and enhancing operational effectiveness through software and operating model improvements.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills to coordinate with clients and internal teams during complex implementations.
- A background in energy management, utilities, or related technology fields with relevant industry knowledge.
- Willingness to work in a role that involves significant industry disruption and innovation in the energy sector.
