Requirements
Proven track record of success in a high-growth sales environment, with a focus on acquiring new business and managing a high volume of active opportunities.
Deep understanding of the French healthcare IT landscape, including familiarity with HDS Hébergement de Données de Santé compliance, sovereign data requirements, and cybersecurity resilience.
Skilled at leading business-focused conversations regarding clinical efficiency and translating complex infrastructure performance into clear benefits for medical staff and patient outcomes.
Ability to engage and influence diverse stakeholders, from IT Managers to Clinical Directors, with business fluency in both French and English to support local and international collaboration.
Ability to work primarily from the Paris office in compliance with company policies, unless on PTO, work travel, or other approved leave.
