Job Description
The Senior Client Delivery Lead is responsible for managing end-to-end implementation of Kraken's Residential Flex product, supporting enterprise clients in their technology transformation to optimize distributed energy resources and enhance grid resilience, while collaborating with internal teams to deliver innovative energy solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end implementation of the Residential Flex product for enterprise clients.
- Collaborate with Kraken's technology and operational teams, as well as clients, to deliver project results.
- Understand Kraken's technology, client needs, and refine solutions to leverage capabilities effectively.
- Integrate technology, people, and processes to develop innovative improvements for clients.
- Support clients in adapting to Kraken's ways of working and development style.
- Coordinate with product managers and developers to communicate development needs and act as a client liaison.
Requirements
- Experience in managing end-to-end implementation of technology products or projects, specifically in a client delivery or similar role.
- Ability to work in partnership with technology and operational teams at Kraken and with enterprise clients to deliver results for client projects or business needs.
- Deep understanding of how Kraken's technology works, including the ability to understand problems or requests raised by clients and refine solutions to leverage existing and new capabilities.
- Experience in bringing together technology, people, and processes to innovate improvements for clients.
- Ability to support clients in adapting to ways of working aligned with Kraken’s development style.
- Experience working closely with product managers and developers to request development needs and act as a link to the client.
- Proficiency in managing client projects within the energy sector, specifically involving distributed energy resources (DERs) such as electric vehicles, home batteries, heat pumps, and smart thermostats.
- Understanding of how to optimize and manage DERs to enhance grid resilience, create innovative tariffs, increase customer engagement, and support decarbonization efforts.
- Strong communication skills to understand client requests, refine solutions, and coordinate between clients and internal teams.
- Ability to work in an international environment, with fluency in English (CVs should be submitted in English).
