Job Description
The Technical Program Lead oversees the technical aspects of major client energy transformation projects, managing platform migrations and supporting client adoption of Kraken's sustainable energy platform to drive industry innovation and environmental impact.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the technical orchestration of a major client program in energy operational transformation
- Oversee the migration's technical pillar and manage ongoing technical relationships with clients
- Support client adoption of the Kraken platform as part of their broader business transformation
Requirements
- Lead the technical orchestration of a major client program, partnering with an international energy retailer in their operational transformation.
- Oversee the migration's technical pillar and manage the ongoing technical relationship, supporting the client’s adoption of the Kraken platform as part of their broader business transformation.
- Be comfortable working in a highly dynamic environment where the role may take different shapes throughout the week.
- Be well-rounded, comfortable with ambiguity, self-starter, and willing to roll up sleeves to get to the nitty gritty of a problem.
- Be committed to delivering technology based on simplicity, client benefit, and efficiency, while guiding senior stakeholders through a journey of change.
- Have the ability to challenge beliefs, see through multiple viewpoints, and support the client beyond your immediate remit if needed.
- Possess a strong understanding of technology and energy industry transformations, with experience in leading technical migrations or similar projects.
- Excellent communication skills to manage and support the technical relationship with clients and internal teams.
- Ability to see the broader impact of technical decisions on business transformation and sustainability goals.
- Proficiency in English, as the application process requires submitting a CV in English.
