A Senior Sales Operations Partner responsible for supporting regional sales teams through data analysis, process optimization, and strategic insights to improve sales performance and operational efficiency in a fast-paced, innovative tech environment.
Key Responsibilities
Partner with regional leadership to support sales teams with analytics, operational support, and strategic insights.
Improve forecasting, pipeline management, and planning processes across the region.
Drive sales excellence by training and enabling sales teams on quoting, booking, forecasting, and processes.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure data quality, order processing, and process standardization.
Track, analyze, and report on sales performance across districts and segments.
Requirements
8 years of experience in Sales Operations, FP A, Commercial Operations, or another analytical role supporting EMEA markets
Experience working in a multinational or high-technology company is preferred
Strategic thinking and strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into insights and recommendations
High level of proficiency in MS Office especially Excel and PowerPoint
Proficiency in SFDC (Salesforce.com)
Proficiency in Clari
Experience with Tableau or other Business Intelligence (BI) tools is an advantage
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to partner effectively with senior leaders and cross-functional teams
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively under pressure
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Data Analytics, or related discipline is preferred
Business fluency in English
French language fluency is required
Additional European languages are strongly preferred
