Job Description
A Senior Talent Partner responsible for supporting the growth and hiring efforts across engineering, product, commercial, and operational roles in Kraken's European offices, combining hands-on recruitment with strategic input to shape the company's expansion in new markets.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and support core teams across engineering, product, commercial, and operational roles in European offices
- Conduct hands-on talent sourcing, screening, and hiring activities
- Collaborate with the business to improve hiring processes and strategies
- Support the company's growth and market expansion in Europe
Requirements
- Experience supporting the growth of core teams in a European market, including hiring across engineering, product, commercial, and operational roles.
- Ability to support scaling efforts across Europe by building out core teams in European offices.
- Hands-on experience in talent acquisition and delivery of hiring processes.
- Proven ability to work closely with a high-performing, collaborative talent team and the business to improve hiring practices.
- Demonstrated experience in recruiting for engineering, product, commercial, and operational roles.
- Strong understanding of the talent landscape and hiring strategies within a European context.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with a global talent team and business stakeholders.
