Job Description
The Technical Program Lead oversees the technical aspects of major client energy transformation projects, managing platform migrations and supporting client adoption of Kraken's sustainable energy platform to drive industry innovation and environmental impact.

- Oversee the migration's technical pillar and manage ongoing technical relationships with clients

Requirements
- Experience leading the technical orchestration of a major client program, partnering with an international energy retailer in their operational transformation.
- Ability to oversee the migration's technical pillar and manage the ongoing technical relationship supporting the client's adoption of the Kraken platform as part of their broader business transformation.
- Comfortable working in a highly dynamic environment where roles may take different shapes throughout the week.
- Well-rounded individual who is comfortable with ambiguity, self-starters, and willing to roll their sleeves up to get to the nitty gritty of a problem.
- Commitment to delivering technology based on simplicity, client benefit, and efficiency while guiding senior stakeholders through a journey of change.
- Ability to challenge beliefs, see through multiple viewpoints, and support the client beyond their immediate remit if needed.
