Job Description

The Senior Solutions Consultant is a client-facing role that combines solution consulting with market and regulatory expertise to position energy solutions effectively, acting as a bridge between sales and product teams to drive value in the sustainable energy industry.

Key Responsibilities

Provide client-facing solution consulting to align offerings with customer needs and market opportunities
Operate as a liaison between sales and product teams to ensure effective communication and solution positioning
Apply market and regulatory knowledge to position solutions competitively and demonstrate value to customers

Requirements

Deep client-facing solution consulting experience in a relevant industry or technology field
Strong market and regulatory understanding related to energy or distributed energy resources (DERs)
Ability to position offerings credibly, competitively, and with a clear path to value for customers
Experience operating as a trusted liaison between sales and product teams
Proven ability to operate at the intersection of Sales, Product, and Market Strategy
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with clients and internal teams
Demonstrated understanding of energy markets, renewable generation, and smart energy systems
Experience in SaaS subscription business models and digital connection of DERs with energy markets
Ability to understand and explain complex technical solutions to clients and stakeholders
Experience working in a high-impact, senior consulting or solution architecture role
Willingness to collaborate across teams and contribute to a sustainable energy future
