Job Description
The Senior Software Engineer at Kraken is responsible for developing and enhancing an AI-driven platform for energy management, focusing on optimizing renewable resources, creating intelligent energy grids, and delivering exceptional customer experiences through advanced systems and communications.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain AI-driven platforms for energy management
- Optimize renewable energy generation and create intelligent grid solutions
- Implement and improve Customer Information Systems (CIS), billing, meter data management, CRM, and AI-driven communication tools
- Support the creation of innovative energy industry solutions to promote sustainability
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Senior Software Engineer or in a similar role with a strong background in software development.
- Experience developing and maintaining AI-driven, innovative, forward-thinking platforms for energy management.
- Strong skills in building and working with Customer Information Systems (CIS), billing systems, meter data management, CRM, and AI-driven communications.
- Ability to optimize renewable generation and contribute to creating a smarter, more sustainable energy system.
- Excellent understanding of creating cost-effective solutions that deliver exceptional customer experiences in the energy industry.
- Demonstrated ability to work on complex energy management platforms that transform the industry globally.
