Requirements

- Proven ability to collaborate openly, ask questions early, and unblock oneself quickly in a team setting.
- Experience working in environments where pace, adaptability, and getting things done matter.
- Strong understanding of scalable regional solutions and client-driven complexity, with experience in supporting or building such solutions.
- Experience in supporting or developing global product capabilities and tailoring solutions to territory-specific client needs.
- Demonstrated ability to shape architecture and influence technical standards across a team or organization.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams including Product and Market Engineering.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively partner with different teams and stakeholders.
- A background in creating or supporting energy systems, renewable generation, or smart grid technologies (preferred but not explicitly stated as mandatory).
