- Ability to architect the future of how marketing is planned, measured, and executed.
- Hands-on experience in solving complexity and operationalising strategy within a marketing operations context.
- Proven track record of creating clarity across a fast-scaling global organisation.
- Strong skills in developing and operationalising marketing systems and analytics.
- Demonstrated ability to build and operationalise marketing processes and workflows.
- Experience in a senior marketing operations or analytics management role, with a focus on building systems and foundations.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, global environment with a hands-on, builder mentality.
