Job Description
A Senior Machine Learning Engineer responsible for developing core ML and AI capabilities to enable safe, reliable, and efficient use of AI across the company, supporting platform engineering, applied ML, and developer enablement in a delivery-focused environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Build core machine learning and AI capabilities to enable easy adoption and prevent misuse.
- Develop shared platforms, tooling, and patterns to support AI deployment across the company.
- Ensure the reliability, safety, and efficiency of machine learning and generative AI systems.
- Collaborate with engineering product teams to integrate AI solutions into their workflows.
- Focus on delivering practical AI solutions at scale, emphasizing engineering quality and system thinking.
Requirements
- Experience in building core machine learning and AI capabilities that enable other teams to adopt AI easily and prevent misuse.
- Ability to think in systems and design scalable, reliable, and efficient platform components for machine learning and AI.
- Strong commitment to engineering quality in developing shared platforms, tooling, and patterns for AI and machine learning.
- Proficiency in applying machine learning and AI techniques within a delivery-focused environment, not a research lab.
- Experience with platform engineering, applied machine learning, and developer enablement related to AI and ML.
- Ability to build shared tools, platforms, and patterns that facilitate safe, reliable, and efficient use of machine learning and generative AI across an organization.
