Job Description
A Senior Client Success Engineer responsible for managing client queries, diagnosing issues within energy management applications, and collaborating with development teams to deliver value and support the company's mission of creating a sustainable energy system.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and respond to client queries through case management.
- Deep dive into applications to diagnose and troubleshoot issues.
- Perform root cause analysis to identify underlying problems.

- Ability to perform root cause analysis to identify underlying problems affecting clients.
- Strong technical skills and the ability to answer questions related to the company's applications and systems.
- Keen to solve real-world problems and deliver value to clients through technical support and analysis.
- Naturally inquisitive with a continual learner mindset to stay updated on relevant technologies and systems.
- People-oriented with the ability to collaborate effectively within a community-based environment.
- Responsibility for managing client requests and ensuring timely resolution of issues.
