Job Description
The Senior Client Partner at Kraken is responsible for leading strategic relationships with major utility and energy clients, ensuring value realization, managing escalations, and driving growth through effective account management and collaboration at the executive level.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead strategic relationships with utility and energy clients at the executive level
- Engage in day-to-day interactions to ensure delivery, satisfaction, and trust
- Ensure clients realize full value from products and operating models
- Manage critical client escalations and coordinate resolution efforts
- Develop and grow commercial relationships to meet business development and revenue targets
Requirements
- Experience serving as a senior strategic partner to C-level stakeholders and working across all levels of complex, dynamic clients.
- Proven ability to maintain strong, proactive engagement to ensure delivery, client satisfaction, and trust.
- Experience ensuring clients get full value from products and operating models, and connecting technology, cultural transformation, and client needs.
- Experience managing client escalations for critical issues and partnering closely with Technical Account Managers and Support to drive resolution.
- Ability to manage commercial relationships and deliver on new business development or revenue targets.
- Experience identifying and shaping early-stage growth opportunities across a portfolio of clients.
