Job Description
A Mid-Level Platform Engineer specializing in Product Reliability responsible for ensuring the availability, performance, and scalability of energy management platform products that serve millions of customers, supporting the development and maintenance of resilient and scalable infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities
- Architect, develop, and maintain resilient and scalable infrastructure for the platform.
- Ensure the availability, performance, and scalability of products supporting millions of customers.
- Identify areas for product enhancement to improve reliability and efficiency.
- Implement best practices for building products at scale.
- Support and troubleshoot platform issues to maintain stability and high performance.
Requirements
- Proficiency in supporting products that serve millions of customers to ensure stability and high performance for the platform.
- Experience in architecting, developing, and maintaining resilient and scalable infrastructure for a platform.
- Ability to ensure the availability, performance, and scalability of products on the platform.
- Knowledge of best practices in building products for scale.
- Strong communication skills and attention to detail to identify areas for enhancement, ensure optimal product performance, and continuously improve reliability and efficiency.
