Job Description
The Senior Client Implementation Lead is responsible for managing client onboarding and implementation processes, ensuring successful deployment of energy technology solutions, and collaborating with customer operations teams to deliver efficient and sustainable energy systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the implementation of client projects and ensure successful deployment of Kraken software solutions
- Collaborate with clients and their customer operations teams to understand requirements and deliver tailored solutions
- Coordinate with internal teams to facilitate smooth onboarding and integration of Kraken systems
- Provide guidance and support to clients during the implementation process to ensure optimal use of the platform
- Monitor project progress, address issues, and ensure timely delivery of implementation milestones
Requirements
- Proven experience in client implementation, project management, or a related role, with a demonstrated ability to lead client onboarding and deployment processes.
- Strong understanding of energy systems, utilities operations, or renewable energy technologies, to effectively collaborate with energy clients and their customer operations teams.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to serve as a role model for the company's operating model and to facilitate effective collaboration with clients.
- Ability to guide and support clients through technical and operational aspects of the Kraken software platform and operating model.
- Experience in managing multiple client projects simultaneously, ensuring timely and successful implementation outcomes.
- Demonstrated problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to changing client needs and project requirements.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a focus on customer benefit, simplicity, and efficiency in decision-making.
- Willingness to travel as needed to client sites or industry events, depending on the role's scope and client locations.
