Job Description

The Senior Client Delivery Lead is responsible for managing end-to-end implementation of Kraken's Residential Flex product for enterprise clients, supporting their technology transformation and optimizing distributed energy resources to enhance grid resilience and customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end implementation of the Residential Flex product for enterprise clients.
Collaborate with Kraken's technology and operational teams, as well as clients, to deliver project results.
Understand Kraken's technology and refine solutions based on client requests and problems.
Integrate technology, people, and processes to develop innovative improvements for clients.
Support clients in adapting to Kraken's ways of working and development style.
Work closely with product managers and developers to communicate development needs and act as a client liaison.

Requirements

Experience in managing end-to-end implementation of technology products or projects, specifically for enterprise clients, with a clear understanding of delivering results aligned with client business needs.
Ability to work in partnership with technology and operational teams at Kraken as well as the client to support the implementation of the Residential Flexibility product.
Strong understanding of how Kraken's technology works, including the ability to understand problems or requests raised by the client and refine solutions to leverage existing and new capabilities.
Experience in bringing together technology, people, and processes to innovate improvements for clients.
Ability to support clients in adapting to ways of working that are aligned with Kraken’s development style.
Experience working closely with product managers and developers to request development needs and act as a link to the client.
Proficiency in English, as the role requires communication with international clients and team members.
Educational background or experience relevant to technology, energy systems, or project management (implied, as the role involves understanding and managing technology implementations in energy).
