Lead and develop a high-performing sales team of Account Executives in Paris.
Drive sales execution by maintaining a healthy pipeline and ensuring quota attainment.
Expand existing customer accounts focusing on high-growth areas like AI infrastructure and data services.
Cultivate strategic partnerships with channel and technical partners to facilitate complex sales.
Analyze sales metrics and market trends to adapt strategies for various industry verticals.
Requirements
Experience leading sales teams within the IT industry for at least 5 years, with a proven track record of hiring, developing, and retaining high-performing Account Executives.
Proven sales leadership experience owning a district or regional business, with a track record of driving team quota attainment and coaching Account Executives to succeed in complex infrastructure and as-a-service environments.
Strong understanding of the IT infrastructure landscape, with the ability to position modern data platforms and consumption models against legacy approaches.
Ability to scale underperforming or high-potential territories, navigate complex sales cycles, and lead with integrity and accountability.
Strong inspection rigor in forecasting, pipeline management, and CRM discipline.
Excellent executive presence to engage C-level stakeholders and influence cross-functional leadership.
Professional fluency in both French and English to navigate the local market and interact with international leadership teams.
Ability to build and mentor a high-performing team of at least 8 Account Executives, establishing a culture of excellence and personal leadership.
Experience maintaining a healthy 4X sales pipeline and ensuring consistent quota attainment through disciplined sales methodology and weekly performance reviews.
Experience leading strategies to expand within existing accounts by 20-25%, focusing on high-growth areas such as container platforms, AI-ready infrastructure, and unified data services.
Experience cultivating deep alliances with key channel and technical partners to execute complex, indirect sales motions.
Ability to analyze sales metrics and market trends across approximately 25 accounts per representative to adapt strategies for success in vertical-specific markets including Industry, FSI, Research, and Healthcare.
Willingness to work primarily in an in-office environment at the Paris office, in compliance with company policies.
