Job Description
The Senior Client Delivery Lead is responsible for managing technology migration and long-term projects within the energy sector, working closely with clients and internal teams to deliver innovative solutions that support sustainable energy systems and improve customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage technology domains such as billing, finance, and communications for client projects.
- Support client migration onto the Kraken platform and manage long-term technology requirements.
- Collaborate with Kraken's technology and operational teams to deliver project results.
- Understand Kraken's systems, analyze client requests, and refine solutions to leverage capabilities.
- Integrate technology, people, and processes to drive improvements for clients.
- Assist clients in adapting to Kraken's ways of working and development style.
- Coordinate with product managers and developers to communicate development needs and serve as a client liaison.
Requirements
- Experience in energy utilities sector, specifically in client delivery roles related to energy management or similar fields.
- Proven experience in managing long-term migration projects or technology transformation journeys within the energy industry.
- Strong understanding of how Kraken's platform works, including its capabilities and functionalities related to billing, finance, and communications.
- Ability to understand problems or requests raised by clients and refine solutions to leverage existing and new capabilities effectively.
- Experience working in partnership with technology and operational teams at both the company and client sides to deliver project results.
- Ability to bring together technology, people, and processes to innovate and improve client solutions.
- Experience supporting clients in adapting to ways of working aligned with Kraken’s development style.
- Ability to work closely with product managers and developers to request development needs and act as a liaison to the client.
- Demonstrated understanding of the energy management platform and its integration with customer information systems (CIS), billing, meter data management, CRM, and AI-driven communications.
- Excellent communication skills to coordinate between clients, product teams, and operational teams.
- Experience managing a tech domain such as billing, finance, or communications within client projects.
- Ability to support and guide clients through technology transformation processes and migration projects.
- Strong problem-solving skills to analyze client requests and refine solutions accordingly.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment, managing multiple stakeholders.
- Experience working with European clients and understanding of the European energy market is preferred but not explicitly mandatory.
- Physical and mental capacity to manage project responsibilities, including coordinating across teams and managing client expectations.
