Job Description
The role involves leading a team of consultants and project managers to deliver successful deployments of Celonis' Process Intelligence platform, driving customer value, adoption, and satisfaction across various industries in the EMEA South region.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, guide, and develop a team of Consultants and Project Managers
- Drive successful deployments of Celonis technology across various industry clients
- Manage project scope, deliverables, and ensure high-quality, timely implementations
- Drive adoption and value realization through comprehensive project governance and user onboarding
- Support sales efforts by positioning and selling services, supporting deal cycles, and maximizing revenue
- Build and maintain relationships with strategic customers and handle escalations
- Manage resource capacity, staffing, and team performance
- Ensure deep product and technical knowledge within the team to support best practices and thought leadership
- Build relationships with strategic partners and support customer engagement initiatives
- Recruit, motivate, and retain high-performing team members, supporting their career development
Requirements
- Ten years of experience in delivering high complex projects as a Program Manager or Program Director.
- Proven track record of leading complex transformational customer programs.
- Extensive experience in project management disciplines, including leading teams of project managers.
- Good understanding of the implementation of Celonis products, at a level required to lead and direct Celonis Consultants.
- Experience in managing professional services teams, preferably in enterprise SaaS companies.
- Experience of building relationships with sales teams and involvement in deals.
- Proven leadership in interacting with senior executive level customers.
- Experience in recruiting, motivating, and retaining top talent.
- Excellent communication skills in English and French.
